摘 要:三盾茧蜂(Triaspis sp.)是我国南方主要造林树种华山松的重大蛀干害虫——华山松木蠹象的优势寄生蜂。为了避免灯光诱杀华山松木蠹象时对三盾茧蜂的错杀,开展了三盾茧蜂的光谱行为研究。结果表明,在波长340~689 nm的9个单色光中,除了340 nm和381 nm的紫外光以外,三盾茧蜂对中心波长的其余7个单色光都具有趋向性,其中最敏感光谱依次为黄绿光(549 nm)、蓝色光(451 nm)和紫色光(415nm),3种单色光下三盾茧蜂30 s的平均趋向位移依次为29.65、27.90和25.30 cm,趋向率分别是90%、90%、88%。对照华山松木蠹象的敏感光谱,在生产上灯光诱杀华山松木蠹象时,选用紫外光(340 nm)作为诱集光源可以避免三盾茧蜂受到伤害;开展种群数量监测时,可以选用两者都较为敏感的紫色光(415 nm)作为诱集光源。Triaspis sp. is a major parasitic wasp to Pissodcs punctatus, which is a destructive stem-boring pest attacking Pinus armandi, an important forest pine in Southern China. In order to avoid Triaspis sp. being killed during the light trap ofP. panctatus, this study dealt with the visual behavior response of Triaspis sp. to nine monochromatic lights (ranging from 340 nm to 689 nm) . The results demonstrated that Triaspis sp. could be attracted to seven of nine monochromatic lights, with the exception of ultraviolet light (340 nm, 381 nm) , which implied broad sensitivity to the spectrum of light. Triaspis sp. was most sensitive to green-yellow light (549 nm) , blue light (451 nm) and violet light (415 nm) . Averaged tendency displacements of the wasp to the three light were 29.65 cm, 27.90 cm and 25.30 cm respectively. Averaged tendency rates of the wasp were 90%, 88% and 88% separately. Contrasting the sensitive spectrum ofP. punctatus, if we want to trap P. punctatus, and avoid Triaspis sp. being killed, we should choose ultraviolet light (340 nm) as trapping light, while if we want to monitor the population, we should choose violet light (415 nm) as trapping light.
