摘 要:以水稻品种昌丰B、中9B、协青早B和地谷B为材料,采用火焰原子吸收法和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法,在不同镉胁迫浓度下对各水稻品种中镉的积累差异进行了研究。结果表明,在低、中等的镉处理浓度下,籽粒中镉含量表现为中9B>昌丰B>协青早B>地谷B,中9B籽粒中镉含量随镉胁迫浓度的增加急剧降低;营养器官中镉含量表现为中9B>地谷B>昌丰B>协青早B,品种间各营养器官的镉含量变化趋势存在差异。To understand the accumulation regularities and the distribution characteristics of cadmium in different organs of different rice varieties, and establish the theoretical basis for screening the rice varieties which are able to grow well in cadmium polluted environment. Four rice cultivars , Changfeng B, Zhong 9B, Xieqingzao B and Digu B, were conducted to study the differences of cadmium accumulation in different breed of different Cd2+ concentration by using flame atomic absorption method and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometric method. The results showed that in the low and medium concentration dispose, the content of cadmium in grains was as follows: Zhong 9 B 〉 Changfeng B 〉 Xieqingzao B 〉 Digu B, and as the decrease of tolerant concentration, the cadmium content ofZhong 9 B grain reduced sharply. While that of vegetative organs was Zhong 9 B 〉 Di gu B 〉 Chang Feng B 〉 Xie qing zao B.
