摘　　要：彩叶草颜色鲜艳,具有较强的抗菌活性,可以吸收氮磷和重金属,对环境的净化和美化具有重要意义.新品种紫虹彩叶草可作一二年生栽培,全紫红色,生长强壮,多分枝,花期12月～元月,耐寒性强,观赏期长,观赏期内不易开花.5～10月均可在全国作一年生栽培.冬季越冬温度10℃以上地区可作多年生栽培.Purple Rainbow （Coleus blumel） with strong antibacterial activity can absorb nitrogen and phosphorus and heavy metals, so itplays a great significance in purification and purification of the environment. It can be planted as one or two years of herbs. The whole plantlookes purple red in color, grows and branches strongly. It flowers from December to January. This ornamental plant has strong enduranceto low temperature in winter.
