摘 要:为了改善我国保障房建设中融资渠道缺乏的情况,结合当前我国国情,可以在保障房建设中引入PPP模式。而成功引入PPP模式的关键之一取决于整个项目的风险分担是否合理。PPP项目较长的项目周期蕴含着巨大的风险。可以通过分析PPP模式在保障房建设中可能产生的风险,提出可行的风险分担方案,对PPP模式在我国保障房建设中的广泛应用提供一定的理论依据。In order to improve the situation that affordable housing lacks financing channels, PPP mode can be introduced into the affordable housing construction taking into account the current situation of our country. And the success of the introduction of the PPP mode highly depends on that the project risk allocation is reasonable. Enormous risks are probably embedded in PPP project with longer project cycle. Through the analysis of the risk that may arise in the affordable housing in PPP mode, this paper puts forward the feasible risk allocation plan to provide a theoretical reason for wide application of PPP mode in affordable housing in China.
