摘  要:[目的]研究安徽省辣椒疫霉(Phytophthora capsici Leonian)的致病力与多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)活性的关系。[方法]采用平板法定性检测辣椒疫霉产生的果胶酶活性,并对不同致病力菌株的PG活性的变化进行分析。[结果]辣椒疫霉均可产生果胶酶,形成水解圈。供试菌株接种辣椒苗复壮后的PG活性高于复壮前;强致病力菌株的PG活性明显高于弱致病力菌株;供试菌株的PG活性均在培养后第7天达到峰值。[结论]PG活性的高低与辣椒疫霉菌致病力的强弱相关,是该菌的致病相关酶。[Objective] The effect of activities of polygalacturonase( PG) on pathogenicity in Phytophthora capsici was investigated. [Method] The productivity and activity changes on pectinase and PG of P. capsici were analyzed according to the methods of hydrolyzed circle and liquid cultivation,respectively. [Result] The results showed that all isolates of P. capsici could produce pectinase and form hydrolytic circle.The PG activity of isolate obtained from post-inoculation on pepper seedlings was higher than that of pre-inoculation. PG activity of strong pathogenic isolate was obviously higher than that of weak pathogenic isolate. PG activities of all isolates were the highest in the seventh day after cultivation. [Conclusion] The difference in PG activity was related to the pathogenicity of P. capsici and PG was a pathogenic cell wall degradation enzyme in P. capsici.
