摘  要:[目的]研究生活污水-活性污泥联合法去除酸性矿山废水(AMD)中铅的可行性。[方法]联合生活污水和活性污泥法处理AMD,利用生活污水具有的碱度和活性污泥的重金属吸附能力,达到有效去除AMD中酸性物质和重金属铅离子的目的。[结果]酸性铅废水在加入生活污水后,活性污泥对铅的去除率从31%提高至96%;活性污泥处理24 h后,混合废水(酸性铅废水加入生活污水)的总碱度从91 mg/L(Ca O)上升至121 mg/L(Ca O),生活污水的总碱度从145.2 mg/L(Ca O)降低至128.0 mg/L(Ca O),且处理过程中两种废水的p H均维持在7.0左右,表明生活污水中碱性物质能够有效中和酸性铅废水中的酸性物质;酸性铅废水对活性污泥的有机物(CODCr)去除效率未产生显著影响。生活污水加入酸性铅废水后,活性污泥的SV30、SVI和MLSS均无显著变化。[结论]生活污水-活性污泥联合法是一种经济、高效的处理AMD的新方法,其工艺有待进一步研究与开发。[Objective] The research aims to study removal of lead from acid mine drainage by combining municipal wastewater( MWW) with activated sludge. [Method] Treatment of AMD by combining MWW with activated sludge is a novel active treatment technology utilizing the adsorbent nature of activated sludge and the alkalinity of MWW to achieve neutralization and heavy metal removal. [Result] By mixing AMD with MWW,the removal ratio of lead from AMD by activated sludge increases from 31% to 96%. After treatment by activated sludge for 24 h,the alkalinity of mixing wastewater,with the p H value maintaining 7. 0,increases from 91 mg / L( Ca O) to 121 mg / L( Ca O),while the alkalinity of the MWW decreases from 145. 2 mg / L( Ca O) to 128. 0 mg / L( Ca O). Loading the AMD to the MWW does not cause any significant changes in removal efficiency for chemical oxygen demand( CODCr),and also causes no significant changes in SV30,SVI and MLSS of the activated sludge. [Conclusion] Co-treatment method of MWW and activated sludge is an economic and effective new method treating AMD,and its technique needs further research and development.
