摘 要:为研究资源型城市土地集约利用状况,以邹城经济开发区和邹城工业园区为研究区,分别选取10个与主区、9个与发展方向区土地集约利用程度相关的指标,构建"工业主导型"评价体系,开展土地集约利用评价并进行主导产业用地评价。结果表明,邹城经济开发区和邹城工业园区土地集约度分值分别为89.12和93.84分,土地集约利用情况较好,主导产业用地结构较合理。但是,由于邹城市现处于成熟型资源城市阶段,为避免进入衰退期产业结构失衡,今后要积极探索新的节约集约用地方式,培育接续产业,优化产业结构,顺利实现由资源成熟期向衰退期过渡。In order to evaluate the land intensive utilization of resource-based city,this study takes Zoucheng economic development zone and Zoucheng industrial zone as examples,chooses 10 indicators of the main area and 9 indicators of the development area relating to the land intensive utilization evaluation,establishes a scientific indicator system for"Industry leading mode",evaluates the land intensive utilization and the leading industrial land. The study indicates that Zoucheng economic development zone has a high degree,it is 89. 12,Zoucheng industrial zone is 93. 84,the land intensive utilization is in good condition,the leading industrial land structure is reasonable. Because Zoucheng is in the mature stage of resources city,in order to avoid recession imbalance in industrial structure,in the future it is necessary to explore the new way of economical and intensive land utilization,develop the alternative industries,optimize the industrial structure,and transits from resource maturity to decline.
