摘　　要：农业循环经济是政府扶持农业的重要举措。它的实施效果受到利益相关者的影响,农民、消费者、政府的行为直接影响到农业循环经济的发展。该研究从利益相关者角度分析了我国农业循环经济推行过程中的问题,并提出相应对策,为农业循环经济发展提供一定的理论依据。Agricultural circular economy is an important measure taken by the government to support agriculture. Its implementation effect is affected by stakeholders. Actions taken by farmer,consumers and the government will directly affect the development of agricultural circular economy. This article analyses problems in the process of agriculture circular economy in China from the perspective of stakeholders,and put forward the corresponding countermeasure to provide certain theoretical basis for the development of agricultural circular economy.
