摘  要:单相电能表数量多、分布广,其运行状态的好坏对供用电双方的利益有很大影响。现行的轮换、检修策略是按照规程所规定的周期,执行到期必抽检,到期轮换的策略,计划抽检和定期轮换带有相当的盲目性和强制性。通过建立电能表的状态评分模型,得出能反映运行状态的分值,再结合由元器件应力法得出的电能表可靠度曲线,然后综合分析,做出更加合理的检修、轮换策略。Meters had large number and wide spread. The operating status of meters was closely to the trade settlement. The current strategy of rotation and maintenance was in accordance with the discipline, check and replace on time, which has blindness and mandatory. The paper established the state score model, concluded the running state score and the reliability curve of meters, then we could make more reasonable repair and rotation strategy through comprehensive analysis.
