衡阳市制造业与物流业的联动发展研究

摘　　要：制造业与物流业具有很强的相关性,两业联动发展有利于促进制造业与物流业各自的发展。当前,衡阳市制造业与物流业两业联动发展中存在的问题,主要是物流业发展的基础薄弱,规模以上物流企业数量很少;制造业与物流业联动发展的信息沟通不畅;制造业与物流业联动发展的利益分配机制不合理;制造业与物流业联动发展的政策环境亟待优化等。衡阳市政府部门应出台政策措施扶持本土物流企业做大做强,构建制造业与物流业联动发展的信息平台,理顺制造企业与物流企业的利益分配机制,优化制造业与物流业联动发展的政策环境,以此促进衡阳市制造业与物流业更好更快地联动发展。Manufacturing and logistics industry has a strong correlation, and the collaboration of the two industries can help promote de- velopment. At present, main issues of manufacturing and logistics industry in Hengyang are the weak basis development of the logistics in- dustry, lack of logistics industry above the designated scale, insufficient information exchange between manufactur/ng and logistics indus- try, the irrationality of benefit distribution mechanism and incomplete policy environment. Hengyang municipal departments should make policies to support national logistics industry, construct an information platform for the interactive development of manufacturing and logis- tics industry, establish a reasonable benefit distribution mechanism, complete the policy environment to promote the interactive develop- ment the manufacturing and logistics industry faster and better.
