摘　　要：渔港管理运行对渔港整体功能的发挥极为重要。实地调研我国沿海几个有代表性渔港,深入了解目前我国沿海渔港在管理运行方面存在的问题,主要包括防灾减灾管理、环境保护、消防管理、法律法规及促进渔区建设等方面的问题;针对这些问题,分析研究其主要原因,并提出我国沿海渔港管理运行的建议,包括加快立法、完善管理相关措施、提高设备科技含量、补充相关基础设施、创新机制等。A good fishing port management is extremely important to the operation of the overall function of the fishing port. A survey is carried out on several representative fishing ports in order to understand the existing problems of fishing port management and operation in our country deeply, it main including the anti-typhoon management, environmental protection, fire manag^ment, laws and regulations, promote fishing area eonstruetion and other aspects of the problem. Based on the survey data, through the analysis and research, This paper sum up the main reason for these problems, there are some suggestions of the management and operation of our coastal fishing port are given to solve these problems, including improving the management measures, raise the content of science and technology, accelerate legislation, innovation mechanism.
