摘 要:随着水产养殖规模的不断扩大,自然资源匮乏,科技创新不足对水产养殖的约束作用越来越显著。论文从科技、资源、产业结构、生产要素4个层面建立13个指标,利用主成分分析法对我国沿海天津、河北、辽宁、山东、江苏、上海、浙江、福建、广东、广西十个主要省份水产养殖竞争力进行比较分析,结果显示,综合竞争力排名前三的分别是山东、广东、江苏,排名后两位的是天津、上海,结果表明资源、科技对水产养殖业的发展起重要作用。文章认为提高资源利用率,加强科技创新,扩大产业链对促进水产养殖可持续发展,促进经济、社会,生态协调发展有十分重要的意义。为此,低消耗、低排放、低污染、再利用、再循环、生态友好、资源节约的绿色经济将成为水产养殖经济的发展方向。With the expansion of the scale of aquaculture, lack of natural resources, lack of technological innovation, which restricts the development of aquaculture significantly. In this paper we build 13 indicators from four aspects, which are science and technology, nature resources, industrial structure and factors of production, using principal component analysis method to evaluate aquaculture competitiveness of ten major coastal provinces. The results show comprehensive competitiveness of the top three is Shandong Guangdong Jiangsu, Tianjin and Shanghai rank the last. It means that natural resources, science and technology playing important role in promoting aquaculture. According to the article, improving resource utilization, strengthening scientific and technological innovation, expanding the industrial aquaculture, which can promote economic, social chain can promote the sustainable development of and ecological coordinated development .So, low consumption, low emission, low pollution, reusing, recycling, environment-friendly, green economy will become the direction of development of the aquaculture economy.
