摘　　要：随着我国城镇化的加快,农村土地流转成为需要解决的迫切问题,源于英美的信托成为一项很好的制度选择。因两大法系不同的法律结构及中国特有的国情,在构建农村土地信托时需要新的理论支撑和独特的运行模式。国外土地信托在理论和实践方面积累了众多经验,借鉴国外经验,不断完善我国的法规和竞争机制、建立土地投资信托基金、完善登记制度是我国农村土地信托制度得以顺利运行的基础。With the speeding up of urbanization in our country, rural land circulation become urgent problem to solve, originated from Anglo-American system of trust to be a good choice. Because China is different from the legal structure of the foreign and unique national conditions, in the construction of rural land trust mode when needed a new theoretical basis. Foreign land trust in theory and practice has accumulated a lot of experience, therefore, need to draw lessons from foreign experience, constantly improve our country＇s laws and regulations and competition mechanism, establish land investment trust fund, perfect the system of registration, so that our country＇s rural land trust system to run smoothly.
