摘　　要：本文围绕创业质量及其与区域环境的关系,从理论和实证两个方面揭示了造成我国区域间创业质量不均衡及区域创业质量出现"马太效应"的原因。首先,通过构建创业者决策模型,得出区域环境会通过影响潜在创业者投入高质量创业的努力程度,改变高质量创业的成功概率,进而影响创业质量;其次,基于对创业质量内涵的界定,从创新性质量和规模性质量两个层面对我国30个省份的创业质量进行了测量;最后,通过构建动态面板数据模型,验证了区域创业质量的自我回馈机制及区域环境与创业质量的作用关系。结果显示,区域环境与创业质量的自我回馈机制决定了区域创业质量的水平差异及变化速度,进而导致了区域间的创业质量差异不断增大的"马太效应"。Around the entrepreneurial quality and its relationship with regional environment, this paper reveals the cause of the regional imbalance and the ＂Matthew effect＂ of the entrepreneurial quality between 30 provinces of China from theoretical and empirical aspects. Firstly, this paper analyses the theoretical mechanism of regional envi- ronmental impact on regional entrepreneurship quality by constructing the entrepreneurial decision model; second- ly, based on the definition of entrepreneurial quality, this paper measures the entrepreneurial quality of 30 provinces from two layers of innovation quality and scale quality; finally, the paper tests the self-feedback mechanism of re- gional entrepreneurial quality and the relationship between regional environment and entrepreneurial quality by con- strutting a dynamic panel model. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows ： （ 1 ） the regional environment will change the matching efficiency between high quality entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurs through in- fluencing the potential entrepreneurs＇ level of effort into high quality business, thereby affecting the entrepreneurial success rate and the quality of regional overall entrepreneurship. These regional environmental factors can be divided into three aspects：opportunity environment, resource environment and system and cultural environment; （2） entre- preneurial quality can be defined as a series of behavioral characteristics and the degree to meet a variety of goals and aspirations. The measurement of entrepreneurial quality can start from two aspects of the quality of innovation and the quality of scale. The innovative quality reflects the entrepreneurial results by entrepreneurs introducing the innovation into market growth and economies through grasping the business opportunities; the scale quality reflects the effect of enterprise of scale based on the growth orientation of the enterprise.
