摘  要:为便于在室内对钻柱结构中声波的传输及衰减特性进行深入研究,设计了声波接收效果测试系统,并对正弦声波在水平放置的周期性螺纹连接管结构中传输时不同位置的接收效果进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,同一截面不同点接收到的声波幅值存在差异,不同截面接收到的声波也存在差异;每个截面接收到的声波幅值差异随着发射声波频率的变化而变化,但接收到的声波频率相同,皆为发射的频率;不同截面同一方位接收到的声波幅值并非依次递减,而是交错分布,幅值分布规律亦随频率的变化而变化。最后指出测试井下信息声载波有2种方案可供选择,即:1沿截面周向分布多个小型测量装置同时测量,选取最大振幅的点作为最终接收信号;2使用变幅杆将声波信号汇集到中心截面,通过一个小型测量装置来测量。To facilitate the study of acoustic transmission and attenuation characteristics in drill string in door, the acoustic reception test system is designed. Then, experimental studies have been conducted on the sinusoidal a- coustic wave reception performance at different positions of the horizontal periodic threaded drill stem. The results showed that the acoustic amplitude received is various at different point on the same cross-section. Acoustic waves received are also different at different sections of the drill stem. The differences of received acoustic amplitude at each cross section change with the changes of acoustic frequencies, but the frequencies, equal to the transmitted frequencies, keeps constant. The received acoustic amplitudes at different cross section with the same azimuth are cross distributed rather than decrease successively. The acoustic amplitude distribution varies with the frequen- cy. Two schemes are available for testing downhole sound carried information, namely (1) measuring the acoustic wave by circumferential distributed small measure devices on the cross section to find out the point where the re- ceived signal has the maximum amplitude; (2) using the amplitude transformer to collect the acoustic signals at the center section and measuring the signal through a tiny measuring device.
