摘 要:针对无网电供应边际油田偏远井,探讨应用风力发电驱动直线电机电潜泵采油的原理和可行性。通过对车26井的情况进行分析和相关计算,设计了一套风力发电驱动直线电机电潜泵采油系统。该系统主要由风力发电系统、储能系统、直线电机电潜泵及配套系统组成。阐述了该系统在车26井的应用情况,并对电潜泵功率进行测试。至今,风力发电驱动直线电机电潜泵采油系统已应用2年多,期间未发生停电事故,证明系统设计合理;电潜泵耗电少,功率因数高。该采油系统不仅具有节能环保优势,而且对无网电边际油田和海上平台节能采油有重要参考价值。This paper focuses on the discussion on principle and possibility of the wind power driven linear motor-based electric submersible pump used for remote wells in marginal oilfields without power grid supply. A set of wind power driven linear motor-based electric submersible pump production system is designed based on analysis and relevant calculations of Che26 Well. The paper describes components of this system, including wind power gen- eration system, energy storage system, linear motor-based electric submersible pump and its supporting system, and elaborates application of the system in Che26 Well as well as power test of the electric submersible pump. Up to now, this production system has been used for more than two years and there is no power outage during applica- tion, indicating system design is reasonable and reliable; the electric submersible pump has less power consump- tion and high power factor. This oil production method is advantaged in energy saving and environment protection and of great importance for energy-saving production of power grid-free marginal oilfields and offshore platforms.
