摘　　要：制造业服务化是当今世界制造业发展的重要趋势,已成为引领制造业转型升级的重要力量。对于转型期的中国而言,目前正处于由低端要素比较优势向高端要素比较优势转换的关键期。中国(上海)自由贸易试验区建设为长江经济带破解发展难题、形成高端要素的比较优势提供了难得的机会窗口。在新的历史背景下,需要抓住新一代信息技术向经济社会广泛渗透的核心本质,大力推动"两化融合",注重制造与服务的相互渗透,努力培育和创造有利于企业实施制造业服务化的环境,制定并实施本土企业全球高端资源配置和产业链整合战略,构建面向新工业革命以制造业服务化为核心特征的新型产业体系。Being the main development trend of manufacturing industry in today＇s world, manufacturing servitization has become the leading force to guide the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. During the period of transition, china now is experiencing the important evolving process from comparative advantage of low end factors to that of high end factors. The construction of China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone explores ways for the development for Yangtze River Economic Belt and provides valuable window of opportunity for the forge of its comparative advantage of high end factors. The implementation of manufacturing servitization strategy and the in-depth integration of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry can contribute to breaking through GVC low end lock and forming comparative advantage of high end factors. Against the new historical background, we should understand the core essence of the wide penetration for new-generation information technology into economic society, and promote the integration of informatization and industrialization, facilitating mutual penetration of manufacturing industry and service industry. Environment favorable for manufacturing servitization should be nurtured and developed, global high-end resource allocation and industry chain integration strategies for local enterprises be stipulated and implemented, and the new-type industry system catering to new industrial revolution with the core feature of manufacturing servitization be constructed.
