摘　　要：城市是新生代农民工实现向市民华丽转身的重要场域,而作为特殊社会资本形式的迁移网络,在新生代农民工市民化问题中的价值和作用机理颇受关注。对此,本文从追溯新生代农民工市民化选择的行为逻辑切入,立足于工作技能的拓展宽度、务工财富的积累厚度、职业发展的预期长度及其家庭的持续推力展开分析,继而逐步解析新生代农民工的先赋性和后致性迁移网络,在此基础上分别从市民化选择决策之前、抉择阶段及市民化选择之后的3个维度探讨新生代农民工市民化选择的迁移网络驱动效应。City is the important field for the new generation migrant workers to achieve the transformation into the general public gorgeously, and the value and function mechanism about migration networks as a special form of social capital in the new generation migrant workers＇ urbanization is concerned. For this, from the perspective of the action logic of the new generation migrant workers＇ urbanization choice, based on the analysis of the expansion width of the working skills, the thickness of the migrant workers＇ wealth accumulation, the expected length of occupational development and the continuous thrust of their family, and then gradually analyzing the new generation migrant workers＇ ascribed migration network and post migration network. On this basis, respectively from the three dimensions of before the decision of urbanization choice, choice stage and after urbanization choice to discuss on the migration network driving effect of the new generation migrant workers＇ urbanization choice.
