摘　　要：随着碳金融的兴起与发展,碳金融风险监管问题也日益重要。本文从制度经济学的角度分析我国是否应该对目前的金融监管制度进行改革,建立单一碳金融综合监管部门。结果发现,虽然碳金融分业监管模式和独立综合监管模式各具优势,但从长期看,采用碳金融综合监管模式要优于分业监管模式。同时发现,由于我国目前基本制度支撑的缺失,要建立一个统一的碳金融监管机构需要解决4个方面的制度支撑问题。With the development of carbon finance, its regulatory issues have been increasingly important to us. From the perspective of institutional economics, the paper discusses whether a reform of the current financial regulatory system should carry out. The result shows that an independent carbon financial supervision agency should be established because it＇s superior to the separate sector supervision in the long term. China should solve the four issues in the aspects of the institutional support system before the reform the structure of carbon finance supervision is carried out.
