摘 要:技术创新是企业竞争能力的重要来源。创新促进效应假说以及"创新陷阱"理论均不足以解释技术创新与竞争能力的动态影响。本文立足于非线性视角,在分析双元性创新对企业竞争能力影响机理的基础上,实证检验了探索式和利用式创新对企业竞争能力的作用。研究发现,企业双元性创新与长期竞争优势和短期财务绩效之间均存在显著的波形变动关系。具体而言,探索式创新对企业长期竞争优势,以及利用式创新对企业短期财务绩效之间的促进效应和抑制效应呈现出交替出现的局面。因此,企业需要根据波形变动规律将有限的创新资源在两类创新活动中合理配置,以实现创新耦合效应,继而促进企业竞争能力和可持续成长。With the absence of dynamic study, neither boosting hypothesis nor "innovation trap" theory could precisely explain the relationship between competitive capacity and technological innovation. From the view of non-linearity, this paper has analyzed the influence mechanism from ex-ploitative and explorative innovation towards corporations ' competitive capacity, then tested the influence based on empirical data. It is found out there exists a significant wave effect between competitive capacity and technological innovation. The boosting effect and restraining effect of exploita-tive innovation towards short-term financial performance appears in turn. So does the influence of explorative innovation towards long-term competi-tive capacity. Therefore, only through allocating resources to these two forms innovation reasonably by the wave rule, can enterprises promote competi-tive capacity and realize sustainable development.
