对智慧档案馆建设和研究热的冷思考

摘　　要：在智慧档案馆建设和研究热的背后业已出现了一些不良的端倪和不正确的导向,这些因素如不加反思和修正可能会阻碍其进一步发展。本文首先从智慧档案馆的定位、导向、建设和结局四个方面对其进行了反思性审视,然后从智慧之本、馆室之基、用户之需、部门之责等四个方面进行了全面的解析,进而认为智慧档案馆的目标是满足档案用户的智慧需求,档案部门需要进行换位思考,多加考虑档案用户的需求,重点从智慧服务和智慧档案入手,推进智慧档案馆的建设。希冀为业界同仁提供有益的借鉴和启示。It already appeared some adverse clues and incorrect orientation behind the study about the thermal construction and research of the smart archives. These factors may hinder its further development if not reflect and revise. Firstly, this paper makes the reflective examen from location﹑orientation﹑construction and ending of smart archives, then comprehensive analysis from the wisdom﹑foundation、users' demands﹑departments responsible, and then thinks that the goal of smart archives is to meet the user' wisdom demands, the archives department need empathy to consider the users' demands, and focus on wisdom service and wisdom of archives, eventually promote smart archives construction,in order to provide a useful reference and inspiration for peers.
