摘　　要：本文从术语定义、类型划分、实际项目建设内容、认证等方面梳理了数字档案馆概念从机构、系统走向体系的发展脉络,指出数字档案馆是运用信息技术对数字档案及其他相关数字资源进行收集、存储、长期保存和提供利用的档案信息集成管理体系。This paper reviews the development of concept of digital archives in the aspects of defini- tion, classification, practical project and certification. The authors argue that the emphasis of the concept turned from the organization, the information system to the whole management system,which take advantage of information technology to collect, preserve and provide access to digital archival records and other rele- vant information.
