云南省边疆少数民族档案应急保护机制构建探析

摘　　要：结合云南省边疆少数民族地区灾害频繁、经济落后、档案事业发展缓慢、少数民族档案时刻面临危险的事实,本文认为针对这一地区的档案应急保护机制亟待构建。本文对应急保护范围、必要性进行了分析,针对目前少数民族档案保护存在的问题,提出了应急保护机制构建的思路与建议,以期缓解边疆地区少数民族档案保护基础长期薄弱与灾害发生频率持续走高之间的矛盾。Considering the frequent disasters attacks border areas in yunnan province, backward econo- my, the slow development of archives and the ethnic archives existed at risk, this paper argues the archives emergency protection mechanisms should be built in this area as soon as possible. In this paper, the extent of the emergency protection, necessity are analyzed, the thoughts and suggestion of the emergen- cy protection mechanism is proposed based on the current problems of ethnic archives preservation, in or- der to alleviate the contradiction between the long-term weak basis of archives protection in border area and the high frequency of disaster.
