摘　　要：党的十八届三中全会指出,要健全体制机制,形成以工促农、以城带乡、工农互惠、城乡一体的新型工农城乡关系。系统梳理和学习马克思和恩格斯城乡经济关系思想,对深刻理解党的十八届三中全会精神意义重大。马克思和恩格斯认为,城乡经济关系的演进是一个自然的历史过程,在不同的城乡发展阶段,城市与农村发挥着不同的作用;资本主义使城乡对立日益尖锐化;消灭城乡对立是社会发展的必然趋势,但需要同时具备多方面的条件;实现城乡融合,将成为未来共产主义社会的重要标志。马克思、恩格斯在研究中形成了马克思主义城乡经济关系思想的独特品质,构建了马克思主义城乡经济关系思想的基本框架,创立了发展马克思主义城乡经济关系思想的科学方法。The Third Plenary Session of 18 th CPC Central Committee points out that we must improve the mechanisms and institutions to form new relations between industryand agriculture and between urban and rural areas in which industry promotes agriculture,urban areas support rural development,agriculture and industry benefit each other,and urban and rural areas achieve integrated development.It is very important to systematically sort out and learn from Marx and Engels＇thoughts about urban-rural economic relations for a deeper understanding of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session.Marx and Engels maintain that the evolution of urban-rural economic relations is a natural process of history.On different stages of urban and rural development,urban areas and rural areas play different roles.Capitalism intensifies the opposition between urban and rural areas.It is an inevitable tendency for the urban-rural opposition to perish,while it needs multiple conditions for this tendency to happen.The fusion between urban and rural areas is an important feature of the future communist society.Marx and Engels＇studies built up distinctive characteristics and set up the basic framework of Marxian thoughts about urban-rural economic relations,and they also created the scientific methods to develop these thoughts.
