PICU家长对住院患儿护理风险知情度的调查分析

摘　　要：目的：了解PICU患者家长对患儿护理风险的知情度并探索对PICU患儿护理风险沟通的主要人群及方式。方法：根据PICU患儿易出现的护理风险设计调查问卷，对2013年12月～2014年6月某院接收的PICU患儿的120名家属进行患儿护理风险进行问卷调查。结果：120名被调查患儿家属对压疮、意外跌落、静脉炎、使用约束风险及导管风险的知情度较低。年龄小于35岁的患儿家属对静脉炎和压疮的知情度显著低于年龄大于35岁的家属，且有统计学差异（P〈０．05），学历较高的家属对护理风险和静脉炎的知情度较高（P〈０．05），和家属的性别、患儿和家属的关系及患儿住院次数、住院天数元统计学差异。结论：患者家属对患儿PICU护理风险的知情度和各方面因素有关，可据此进行有针对性的医护沟通，不仅能保障患者家属的知情权，也可减少因此引发的医护纠纷。Objective.. To understand PICU patients＇ risk-- informed degree of nursing for children pa- tients in PICU , and to explore the main groups to have risk communication in respect to children patients in PICU and methods. Methods., A questionnaire was designed according to the risks the children patients in PICU are prone to ,a questionnaire survey was conducted among , 120 families of children patients in PICU received in our hospital from Dec 2013 to Jun 2014. Results： 120 families informed degree of pressure sore, ac cidental falls, phlebitis, the risk of limited utilization and catheter risks were low. The informed degree of phlebitis and pressure sore of the Families who were younger than 35 years old was obviously lower than those whose were more than 35 years old ,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, families who had higher education were more informed of nursing risks and phlebitis risk （P〈0.05）, there was no statistical difference in the gender of the family , the relationships between the children and families, the hospitalization times of the children, the length of stay. Conclusions：Risk-informed degree of the PICU fami- lies of nursing for children patients is related to factors in Various aspects, based on which, directed medical communication can be conducted ,thus it is possible to protect the families right to know , and reduce medi- cal disputes resulted from that.
