摘 要:补体活化产物C5a是炎症反应趋化因子,具有过敏毒素样作用和强趋化作用,在炎症反应过程中起着重要的作用。C5a的作用主要通过与C5a受体的结合来实现。研究表明在多种肾脏疾病中均可引肾脏细胞中C5a受体的表达增加,从不同层面阻断C5a与C5a受体的相互作用可降低肾脏损伤。随着C5a受体功能、信号传递途径及与肾脏疾病关系的不断深入研究,C5a受体有望成为一个有效的治疗靶点,在炎症性疾病治疗过程中发挥作用。论文综述了C5a受体的结构、信号传导途径及与肾脏炎症性疾病的关系,有助于为肾脏炎症性疾病的治疗提供参考。Complement activation product C5a, which is one of inflammatory chemokines, has anaphylatoxin function and chemotaxis. CSa plays an important role in inflammatory response, which is realized by its combination with C5a receptor. Research showed that expression of CSa receptor in nephrocyte is increased in various nephropathy. Blocking the interaction of CSa and C5a receptor can relieve kidney injury. With the deeply research of C5a receptor function, signaling pathway and its relationship to nephropathy, C5a receptor is expected to become a good therapeutic target. The review focused on the structure, signaling pathway of C5a receptor and its relationship with nephropathy, which will be helpful to provide a scientific basisi for the treatment of nephropathy.
