摘 要:管道环焊缝缺陷是影响管道正常运行的重要因素之一,通过对国际上常用的焊缝缺陷安全评定规范和方法的对比分析,选择《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》(GB/T 19624-2004)这一符合我国管道使用情况的规范:采用其中的失效评定图法和U因子工程评定法对某X80管道环焊缝进行安全评定,并对两种方法进行对比分析,得出适合评价此管道的方法为U因子法。根据评定结果确定是否有必要对管道进行维修或更换,节省了人力和物力资源。The defect in pipeline circular weld is one of the important factors that influence the normal operation of pipeline. Through the analysis and comparison of international common weld defect safety assessment standards and methods, it is found that "safety as- sessment of pressure vessels with defects" (GB / T19624 - 2004) is more suitable to pipeline use situation of our country. The circu- lar welds of a X80 pipeline are evaluated using failure assessment diagram method and U factor engineering assessment method in GB / T19624 - 2004, and the evaluation results of two methods were compared and analyzed. The results show that the U factor method is more suitable for the evaluation of the pipeline. According to the assessment results, it is can be determined whether to repair or replace the pipeline, which saves the manpower and material resources.
