摘  要:探讨了中浓范围(7%~15%)内磨浆浓度对纸浆物理强度指标、湿重和保水值的影响,结果表明随着磨浆浓度的增加,磨浆后纸浆抄片紧度、裂断长、撕裂指数、耐破指数和伸缩率增加,纸浆的保水值增加,纤维湿重保留较好,综合考虑磨浆浓度以10%为宜。Refining tests of different consistency expressed that higher consistency refining needs less re- finers than low consistency refining when achieved the same beating degree and paper strength. Beating degree of higher consistency refining is smaller when achieved the same paper strength. Paper's stretc- hing property would be increased as the refining consistency increase. Wet weight of refined pulps of higher consistency refining is bigger when achieved the same beating degree number. Tests expressed that the suitable consistency of medium consistency refining is 10%.
