摘　　要：梗签剔除率的合理控制是卷烟质量控制的一项重要内容,通过研究,应用试验设计的方法,分别选取显著的最高水平和最低水平进行全因子试验设计,并且同时考虑剔除梗丝、梗块中烟丝含量尽量减少,避免浪费。通过对试验结果的分析与优化,确定最佳的工艺参数和设备间隙,从而达到降低成品卷烟烟丝中梗签、梗块含量的目的,提高卷烟的外观质量及感官品质。Sign out rate control is an important content of cigarette quality control, through the study, use of the method of experimental design, selection of significant highest and lowest level of the factorial experiment design, and at the same time consider eliminating silk, isto minimize the block of tobacco stem,avoid wase. Through the analysis of test results and optimization, the optimum process parameters and equipment of gap, so as to reduce the finished cigarette tobacco stems, stems in the content, the purpose ofimproving the appearance quality and sensory quality of cigarette.
