道路货运物流企业转型发展模式研究

摘　　要：为促进道路货运物流企业向现代物流业转型发展,以金南物流等5个典型企业为研究对象,探讨基于组织变革和制度驱动的道路货运物流企业转型发展的理论模型;将道路货运物流企业转型发展划分为运营组织优化、管理模式变革、资源能力整合、商业模式创新和专业化聚焦五种发展模式;最后探讨不同转型发展模式的驱动机制,以期为同行企业转型发展提供借鉴作用。In order to promote the transition of road freight logistics enterprises to modern logistics industry, this paper chooses typical enterprises like Jin Nan Logtstlcs firm anct omer nve typical logistics prises as the research objects, and studies the theoretical model of development and transformation of road freight logistics enterprise based on the organizational change and system driving. We divide these firms into five transformation development models： the optimization of operation organization, the innovation of management mode, the integration of resource ability, the innovation of business model and the professional focus. Finally, the paper discusses the driving mechanism of different transformation development modes in order to provide reference for peer enterprises in transition.
