构筑学生自主发展的温馨家园——陕西高校“书院制”育人模式调研

摘　　要："书院制"是以我国古代书院文化和国外知名院校学院制管理模式为基础,以实现通识教育和专才教育均衡发展为目标的一种学生教育管理模式。通过对陕西实行"书院制"育人模式较为典型的高校进行调研,试图发掘书院的文化特色以及"书院制"实施后对校园人文环境的影响,以期为推行"双院育人"、开展通识教育、打造特色书院文化等提供借鉴、拓展思路。＂Academy System＂ is a kind of student education and management mode based on the culture of ancient academies in our country and the management mode of overseas famous institutions, and aiming to achieve the balanced development liberal education and professional education. Through the survey in Xi＇an Jiaotong University and Xi＇an University of Architecture and Technology, the paper tries to explore the cultural characteristics of their academies and the influence of their academies on campus humanistic environment so as to offer experience and new ideas for promoting ＂double-academy talent cultivation＂, carry- ing out liberal education, and creating characteristic cultures of academies in the future.
