大学生村干部的科学素质及其创业情况分析——以江苏省南通市为例

摘　　要：调研了南通市大学生村干部的基本情况,分析其构成、培养使用、创业等基本情况,针对大学生村干部科学素质与创业关联度进行了问卷调查分析,结果表明大学生村干部具备了创业的基本素质,其创业成功与否与专业知识关联度不大。The general information of college-graduate village officials（hereinafter referred to as CGVO） of Nantong were surveyed in terms of their structure,training,appointment and entrepreneurship. A questionnaire was conducted to study the relations between CGVOs＇ scientific and technical qualities and their entrepreneurship. The results indicated that CGVOs are basically qualified for business start-ups,and the success of their business start-ups barely correlated to their professional knowledge.
