摘 要:砖混结构由于使用功能的改变,常需要进行墙体拆除,代之以托换梁承担上部荷载。改造过程中常需要解决托换梁的选择,托换梁的设计,上部墙体和圈梁承载力的验算,竖向承重构件和基础的加固设计等问题。结合工程实例介绍托换梁的形式及各自优缺点,分析了钢梁-混凝土柱托换结构的设计方法和思路,包括托换梁的设计,竖向承重构件和基础的加固设计,总结墙体托换施工中的若干技术问题。It is usually needed to dismantle walls which is substituted by underpinning beam bearing the upside loads because of the function change of the brick-and-concrete structure building. It always needs to solve problems of underpinning beam selection and design,bearing capacities checking of the upside walls and the ring beam,and reinforcement design for the vertical load-bearing components and foundations. Based on engineering cases,some types of the underpinning beams and their advantages and disadvantages were introduced,the underpinning design idea and method for the steel beam-concrete column composite structure were analyzed,including the underpinning beam design,the reconstruction for the vertical load-bearing structure and the foundation reconstruction. Some technical issues that should be paid attention to in the construction were concluded.
