摘  要:【目的】了解本院多重耐药菌(MDR)的特点,为临床有效控制 MDR 感染提供依据。【方法】选择2012年12月至2014年12月本院分离出的病原菌1089株,其中来自于男性患者672株,女性患者427株。常规分离培养鉴定,根据标准筛选 MDR 并调查分析 MDR 感染情况,并采取一系列预防感染的护理措施以降低 MDR 感染率。【结果】MDR 共272株,占总分离病原菌的24.98%(272/1089),大肠埃希菌 MDR 最多,为111株(40.81%);在所有的科室中,重症监护病房(ICU )MDR 最多为25%(68/272),其次是呼吸科和普外科均为12.87%(35/272);MDR 多见于痰液中,所占比例为42.63%(116/272),其次多见于中段尿液,所占比例为22.79%(62/272)。【结论】MDR 已逐渐成为医院感染的主要病原菌,应采取综合措施进行积极有效的预防与控制。[Objective]To explore the characteristics of multi‐drug resistant bacteria (MDR) so as to pro‐vide rationales for their effective control .[Methods]Routine isolation and identification of MDR strains were performed according to the screening standard .And a series of measures were taken for preventing infections .[Results] From December 2012 to December 2014 ,a total of 1089 isolates were identified ,including Staphylo‐coccus aureus ,Enterococcus ,Bauman acinetobacter ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae .And 672 and 427 strains were from males and females respectively .Among 272 MDR strains ,E . coli accounted for 111 (40 .81% ) .For all departments ,the decreasing number of MDR was ICU ( n = 68 , 25% ) and Departments of Respiratory Medicine and General Surgery ( n = 35 ,12 .87% each) .And MDR strains were found in sputum ( n = 116 ,42 .63% ) and midstream urine ( n = 62 ,22 .79% ) .[Conclusion] As MDR bacteria have become a major pathogen of nosocomial infection ,comprehensive measures should be taken for effective control .
