芦荟纤维针织面料服用性能测试及分析

摘　　要：为弥补功能性针织面料服用性能研究的缺陷,采用单因素分析法对6种不同组织的芦荟纤维针织面料的保温性、透湿性、透气性、坚牢度(顶破)、耐皱性等服用性能进行测试与分析.结果表明,芦荟纤维针织物的各项性能均达到了织物服用性能的标准,适合针织面料的开发和制作.在生产保暖型服装时,罗纹半空气层组织效果较好;若生产春夏季服装时,应首选由纬平针组织和单面罗纹组织构成的复合组织.In order to make up the insufficienty of functional knitting fabric research,the air permeability,moisture permeability,heat preservation,fastness（bursting）,and wrinkle resistance on six different aloe knitting fabric structures are tested and analyzed by the single factor analytical method.The result shows that the performance of the aloe fiber knitting fabric meet the fabric performance standards and can be utilized to develop and produce knitting fabrics.In the production of warm garments,half-milano rib stitch is more suitable while fancy composite should be chosen in the production of spring and summer garments.
