呋麻滴鼻剂治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨呋麻滴鼻剂治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的临床效果,观察其安全性。方法选择本院2013年1月至2014年9月儿童急性鼻窦炎患者116例,应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各58例。两组均采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用呋麻滴鼻剂。治疗6天后观察两组患者临床疗效、主要症状改善、症状好转时间、症状积分及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率(96.55%)高于对照组(84.48%),症状好转时间较对照组短,主要症状及症状患者比例及平均症状积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论呋麻滴鼻剂治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎具有较好的临床疗效,能够减轻患者症状或体征,缩短患者治疗时间。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of hemp nose drops in the treatment of children with acute sinusitis.Methods One hundred and sixteen children with acute sinusitis from January 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into control and observation groups,58 in each group.The control group was given routine treatment while the observation group was treated with cefuroxime hemp nose drops basis on the control group.After treatment for 6 days,clinical therapeutic effect,time of main symptom improvement,symptom scores and related adverse reactions were compared.Results The total efficiency in the observation group was 96.55% that was significant higher than that in the control group（84.48%）（P〈0.05）.The time of symptoms improvement in the observation group was less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The main symptoms,symptoms ratio and average symptom scores were lower in the observation group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The hemp nose drops has good clinical curative effect in the treatment of children with acute sinusitis since it can reduce symptoms or signs and shorten the treatment time.
