摘 要:目的观察抗眩颗粒对小鼠脑膜微循环的影响。方法取小鼠60只,雌雄各半,随机分为6组,分别灌服抗眩颗粒、养血清脑颗粒混悬液及同体积的生理盐水,连续给药10 d。于第10天后开始测定。记录小鼠平静后2 min内的血流灌注量。取结扎前110~120 s的血流灌注量平均值作为结扎前的平均灌注量,取230~240 s的血流灌注量平均值作为结扎后的平均灌注量,并进行分析。结果与空白对照组比较,模型组脑膜微循环血流量显著减少(P〈0.01)。抗眩颗粒和养血清脑颗粒均可显著改善双侧颈总动脉结扎所致的小鼠脑血流量减少(P〈0.01)。结论抗眩颗粒对小鼠脑膜微循环有良好的改善作用。Objective To observe the effect of anti-glare granules on meningeal microcirculation in mice. Methods 60 mice( male∶ female = 1∶ 1) were randomly divided into 6 groups,and they were given anti-glare granules,Yangxue qingnao granule suspension and the same volume of normal saline continuously for 10 d. After medication,when the mice were calm,the blood perfusion was recorded after 5 min. The average amounts of blood perfusion at 110 ~ 120 min before ligation and at 230 ~ 240 min after ligation were compared. Results The blood flowin meningeal microcirculation of model group decreased more significantly than that in blank control group( P〈0. 01). The anti-glare granules and Yangxue qingnao granule could significantly improve the decrease of blood flowinduced by bilateral common carotid artery ligation( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Anti-glare granules could improve the meningeal microcirculation in mice.
