摘  要:目的建立测定标准桃金娘油肠溶胶囊中α-蒎烯、柠檬烯和桉叶油醇的含量测定方法。方法采用Rtx-1701毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),进样口温度200℃,火焰离子化检测器,测器温度220℃,柱温90℃,氮气为载气,流速1.0 m L/min,进样量1μL,外标法测定含量。结果α-蒎烯进样浓度在10.09~90.79μg/m L,回归方程为y=24 163 x+39 804,r=0.999 8;柠檬烯进样浓度在16.82~151.3μg/m L,回归方程为y=31 699 x+1 555 748,r=0.999 7;桉叶油醇进样浓度在41.23~371.1μg/m L,回归方程为y=7 416.8 x+2 367 875.5,r=0.999 7。α-蒎烯的平均回收率为99.36%,RSD为1.21%;柠檬烯的平均回收率为99.14%,RSD为1.03%;桉叶油醇的平均回收率为100.22%,RSD为0.87%。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可作为标准桃金娘油肠溶胶囊中主要成分的含量测定方法。Objective To establish a method for determination of α-pinene,limonene and eudesmol in myrtol standardized enteric coated soft capsule. Methods Rtx-1701 capillary column( 30 m × 0. 32 mm × 0. 25 μm) was adopted,inlet temperature was 200 ℃,Flame Ionization Detector( FID) with temperature of 250 ℃,the column temperature was 90 ℃ with nitrogen as the carrier gas,the flowrate was 1 m L / min,injection volume was 1 μL. Results The linear ranges of α-pinene,limonene and eudesmol were 10. 09 ~ 90. 79 μg / m L( y = 24 163 x + 39 804,r = 0. 999 8),16. 82 ~ 151. 3 μg / m L( y = 31 699 x + 1 555 748,r = 0. 999 6),41. 23 ~ 371. 1 μg / m L( y = 7 416. 8 x + 2 367 875. 5,r = 0. 999 7); the mean recovery rates of the three components were 99. 36%( RSD = 1. 21%),99. 14%( RSD =1. 03%),100. 22%( RSD = 0. 87%),respectively( n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,sensitive,reproducible,it can be used to determine the main contents in myrtol standardized enteric coated soft capsule.
