摘　　要：目的分析新生儿氟康唑预防性抗真菌用药方法,指导临床安全用药。方法收集2006-2013年国内外发表的有关新生儿预防性使用氟康唑抗真菌的研究,对其预防性用药方法进行汇总分析。结果氟康唑用于新生儿预防性抗真菌感染的用药方法尚无统一的标准。结论应针对新生儿氟康唑预防性用药的时机、剂量、频率和时长做进一步研究。Objective To analyze the administration of fluconazole prophylaxis for fungal infection in neonate,to guide a better and safer practice of fluconazole. Methods The articles about fluconazole prophylaxis for fungal infection in neonate published from 2006 to 2013 both at home and abroad were collected,and the drug administration was analyzed. Results The administration of fluconazole prophylaxis for fungal infection in neonate did not reach an agreement. Conclusion Further research on the fluconazole prophylaxis for fungal infection in neonate should focus on the time,dose,frequency and duration of the administration.
