摘　　要：目的:分析徐州市村卫生室合理用药情况,以确保患者用药安全。方法:选取4张常见的具有共性的不合理用药处方,分析其适应证、抗菌药物联合使用、给药途径、不良反应的发生情况。结果:村卫生室存在使用抗菌药物无指征、联合用药不规范、给药途径不适宜、不良反应处理不及时等现象。结论:加强市辖区内村卫生室医务人员合理用药知识培训,规范合理用药意识和能力,保障农民群众用药安全。Objective：To analyze the rational medication in village clinics of Xuzhou, and to ensure the patient＇s medication safety. Methods： Four common unreasonable prescriptions which shared certain characteristics were select- ed. The information including indications, conjoint applications of anti-bacterial drugs, route of administration and oc- currences of adverse drug reactions were analyzed. Results： There were some problems ill situation of medication of village clinics, such as antibiotics using without evidences, improper combinations of drugs, tmsuitable routes of adminis- tration, treatments of clinical adverse reaction not in time, and so on. Conclusion： An important step is to strengthen the trainings of rational drug use for medical staff in village clinics in mtmicipal district of Xuzhou to standardize the con- sciousness and ability for the rational use of drugs, so as to guarantee medication safety for the patients.
