牛痘疫苗兔皮致炎免疫提取物治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨牛痘疫苗兔皮致炎免疫提取物治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果和安全性。方法选取本院2013年1月-2014年4月收治的66例肱骨外上髁炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组33例。对照组给予常规消炎镇痛治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用牛痘疫苗兔皮致炎免疫提取物,比较两组的临床疗效与安全性。结果两组治疗7、14 d后,临床症状均得到改善,且治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。在疼痛改善方面,治疗组治疗7 d时的总有效率为43.4%,对照组为33.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗14 d时的总有效率为72.7%,对照组为56.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的不良反应发生率都很低,治疗组有2例患者出现不良反应,对照组有3例,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论牛痘疫苗兔皮致炎免疫提取物对治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果显著,且安全性好。Objective To explore the clinical effects and safety of extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Methods 66 patients with external humeal epicondylitis admitted into our hospital from January 2013 to April 2014 were selected as research subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,33 cases in each group.The control group was given regular analgesic and anti-inflammatory treatment,and treatment group was further given extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus on the basis of control group.Clinical effects and safety were compared between the two groups. Results 7 days and 14 days after the treatment in the two groups,the clinical symptoms all improved,and the curative effects of treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.As for the improvement of pain,at the 7 days of the treatment,the total effective rates in treatment group was 43.4%,the control group was 33.3%,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.At the 14 days of the treatment, the total effective rates in treatment group was 72.7%,the control group was 56.7%,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of two groups was very low,the adverse reactions in treatment group was 2 cases,while the treatment group was 3 cases, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus had a significant curative effect in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis,and the safety is good.
