摘  要:目的:探讨自体富血小板血浆凝胶对电烧伤患者创面微循环的影响。方法:选择2013年2月-2014年10月在本院接受治疗的电烧伤患者90例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,各45例。对照组接受常规的补液复苏方法治疗。观察组接受常规补液复苏治疗的同时将自体富血小板血浆凝胶敷于创面上。比较两组患者治疗前后的创面微循环灌注量与创面毛细血管充盈时间,同时对比两组患者的创面愈合时间和瘢痕指数。结果:治疗后,观察组创面微循环灌注量高于对照组,观察组创面毛细血管充盈时间短于对照组,观察组创面愈合时间及瘢痕指数评分均少于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:自体富血小板血浆凝胶在改善电烧伤患者创面微循环中发挥出积极显著的作用,同时能够减小创面瘢痕、促进创面的愈合。Objective:To study the impact of autologous platelet-rich plasma gel treatment on wound microcirculation of electric burn patients.Method:90 cases of electrical burn patients in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2014 were selected as research subjects,they were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional fluid resuscitation therapy.The observation group was given autologous platelet-rich plasma gel treatment on the basis of conventional fluid resuscitation therapy.Wound microcirculation perfusion and wound capillary refill time before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,wound healing time and scar index were also compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the wound microcirculation perfusion of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the wound capillary filling time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the wound healing time and scar index of the observation group were less than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion: Autologous platelet-rich plasma gel plays a significant role in improving the microcirculation of electric burn wound,it can also reduce wound scar and promote wound healing.
