摘　　要：目的：探讨慢性心力衰竭患者行6 min步行试验的综合护理干预效果。方法：按随机数字表法将70例NYHA心功能Ⅱ~Ⅳ级且病情稳定的慢性心力衰竭患者分为两组,每组35例。对照组采用常规护理实施6 min步行试验,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预,包括试验前评估患者的心功能状态和心理状况,同时做好健康教育及急救准备。比较两组试验完成情况、试验结果与NYHA心功能分级符合率。结果：观察组试验结果与NYHA心功能评级的符合率（94.12%）均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：综合护理干预6 min步行试验,可以有效地评估慢性心力衰竭患者心功能,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective：To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on 6 minutes walk test for patients with chronic heart failure.Method：70 patients with heart function NYHA class Ⅱ-Ⅳ and stable condition of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,with each group 35 cases.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,patient＇s heart function and psychological condition were assessed,preparing for health education and first aid were included in the process.The complete status of the test,the coincidence rate of the test results and the NYHA heart function classification were compared between the two groups.Result：The coincidence rate of the test results and the NYHA heart function classification of the control group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention on 6 minutes walk test can effectively evaluate the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure,it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
