心理干预联合针灸调养疗法对围绝经期综合征病人性激素的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨心理干预联合针灸调养疗法对围绝经期综合征病人性激素水平的影响。[方法]采用随机分组法将就诊的围绝经期综合征病人分为观察组60例和对照组60例。观察组采用心理干预联合针灸调养疗法治疗,对照组口服尼尔雌醇。6个月后观察病人的症状疗效和治疗前后性激素雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平的变化情况。[结果]观察组病人治疗后头痛、抑郁、感觉异常、关节痛均明显好转(P<0.05);两组治疗后E2、LH、FSH与治疗前比较均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组E2升高程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]心理干预联合针灸调养疗法与口服尼尔雌醇法相比,能显著提高围绝经期综合征病人的E2水平,临床症状改善明显。Objective：To probe into the influence of psychological intervention combined with acupuncture thera-py on sexual hormones of patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods：The visited patients with perimeno-pausal syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each.The patients in observation group received psychological intervention combined with acupuncture treatment therapy,the pa-tients in control group took the estradiol Neal orally.After sixes months,the patients＇symptoms effect and the changes of sex hormone estradiol（E2）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）were ob-served before and after treatment.Results：The patients’headache、depression、abnormal sensation、joint pain were significantly improved in observation group after treatment（P〈0.05）;The level of E2、LH、FSH were significantly improved after treatment compared with that before treatment in two groups（P〈0.05）,the E2 in observation group increased significantly better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with oral estradiol Neal,psychological intervention combined with acupuncture treatment can significantly im-prove the E2 level of patients with perimenopausal syndrome,and their clinical symptoms have been improved significantly.
