摘　　要：[目的]构建一套系统、科学和敏感的护理质量评价体系,以促进儿童重症监护室护理质量的持续改进。[方法]选定全国各地区儿科专家40名,运用德尔菲法进行两轮函询,并邀请其中权威较高的10位专家进行焦点团体访谈。[结果]通过两轮函询以及专家焦点团体访谈后,最终得出儿童危重症护理质量敏感性指标评价体系,包括3个一级指标,10个二级指标,34个三级指标。[结论]初步构建了儿科危重症护理质量敏感性评价指标体系。Objective：To build a systematic and scientific and sensitive nursing quality evaluation system,so as to promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality in PICU.Methods：A total of 40 pediatric experts in va-rious regions in the whole country were selected by using the Delphi method to conduct two rounds of consulta-tion,And among them,10 high authority of experts were invited for focus group interviews.Results：After two rounds of consultation and expert focus group interview,finally the evaluation system of children’s critical care quality sensitivity index was obtained,including 3 the first level indexes,ten the second level indexes and 34 ter-tiary indicators.Conclusion：The evaluation system of children’s critical care quality sensitivity index was con-structed in preliminary.
