家属强化教育对糖尿病肾病病人透析间期体重的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨家属强化教育对糖尿病肾病病人透析间期体重控制的影响。[方法]选取50例透析间期体重增加相对值≥5%的维持性血液透析糖尿病肾病病人及其家属并随机分为观察组与对照组各25例。对照组病人家属在病人常规治疗的同时接受常规健康教育,观察组病人家属在此基础上实施家属强化教育。干预6个月后比较两组病人透析间期体重(IDWG)/干体重比值、液体摄入依从性、血压及各项血清指标。[结果]观察组干预后病人的IDWG/干体重比值及血压低于对照组、液体摄入依从性高于对照组、除甲状旁腺素外血清各项指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对家属实施强化教育能加强病人透析间期体重的控制,使各项指标维持在正常范围内,从而延缓疾病的发展。Objective：To probe into the influence of family members strengthen education on interdialytic weight control of diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods：A total of 50 diabetic nephropathy patients who received the maintenance hemodialysis and their weight increased relative value ≥5% and their family members were select-ed and were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,25 cases in each.The patients and their family members in control group received the routine health education at the same time of receiving the routine treatment.While the patients and their family members in observation group were given family mem-bers strengthen education.Then to compare patients’interdialytic weight （IDWG）/ dry weight ratio,fluid in-take compliance,blood pressure and each serum index between both groups at 6th months after intervention. Results：Patients’IDWG/dry weight ratio in observation group after intervention was lower than that in control group,However,the fluid intake compliance was higher than that in control group.In addition to the parathy-roid hormone,all serum indexes in observation group were better than that in control group.And there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The family members strengthen education can strength-en the patients’interdialytic weight control,make every index maintain in the normal range,so as to delay the development of disease.
