摘　　要：社会服务是高校的重要职能,但国内各高校社会服务职能的管理模式,作为不同校情、文化、经济等综合影响的产物,则呈现出多元化、差异化的特点,是高校与社会复杂交互活动的典型表现。针对国内高校社会服务职能的管理特点、经验和规律,结合实践经验,总结归纳了十个高校社会服务管理核心问题,并进行了初步分析和探讨,为推动国内高校社会服务职能建设、推动管理发展及研究提供一定借鉴及参考意义。Social service is one of the important functions of universities. The schemes of administrative management on Chinese university social service function are very different, which are affected by situation, culture and economy, and show the complicated interaction between universities and society. Based on ten years＇ experienee in realistic work, this paper summarizes and analyzes ten main challenges of administrative management on Chinese university social service function. This paper may be helpful to promote the construction of Chinese university social service function and the administrative management.
