摘　　要：现有的数字式汽车衡其仪表通过RS422/RS485串行总线与传感器相连,所有传感器并接在这根总线上,各传感器要有单独的地址码,存在很多不足。采用作者发明的"智能终端间数据并行传输的方法和装置",将仪表与传感器之间的连接由总线改为专线,将原接线盒改为主控机,仪表改为操控终端,克服了原系统的所有问题,杜绝了误判、误报的可能,提高了系统的采集速率,让动态数字秤成为可能,真正实现数字秤的傻瓜型安装和维护。The instruments of the existing digital truck scales are connected with sensors through RS422/RS485 bus. All the loadcells are connected to the bus parallelly, and each individual loadcells has its own address code, so many disadvantages exist. ＂The parallel transmission technique and device among intelligent terminals＂, which is invented by myself, can change the connection between instruments and loadcells from bus to the individual line, change the original junction box to the main controller, and transform instruments to control terminals, thus all problems of the original system are solved, the possibilities of misjudgment and misinformation are completely eradicated, the acquisition speed is improved, the real- time digital scale is around the corner and the foolproof installation and maintenance are truly achieved.
