基于数据挖掘的《崇陵病案》用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析《崇陵病案》中用药规律。方法对《崇陵病案》中的中医药基本名词术语进行规范化,采用聚类分析及关联规则的方法对用药规律进行挖掘分析。结果聚类结果:C1(白芍、当归、黄芪、川芎);C2(甘草、生姜、桂枝);C3(附子、人参、柴胡、大黄);C4(茯苓、橘络、薏苡仁、川贝母、天花粉、半夏、麦芽、陈皮、厚朴、甜杏仁)。药对聚类结果:P1(当归-白芍);P2(甘草-生姜);P3(附子-人参);P4(柴胡-大黄);P5(茯苓-橘络);P6(川贝母-天花粉);P7(陈皮-厚朴);P8(半夏-麦芽)。关联规则:置信度大于0.6的2味中药组合,分别是"白芍、当归","黄芪、当归","白芍、黄芪","川芎、白芍","川芎、当归","生姜、白芍","生姜、当归";置信度大于0.6的3味中药组合,分别是"黄芪、白芍、当归"、"川芎、白芍、当归"、"川芎、生姜、白芍"、"川芎、生姜、当归"、"生姜、白芍、当归"、"黄芪、生姜、当归"、"黄芪、生姜、白芍"、"川芎、生姜、黄芪"。结论力钧在诊治中重视气血及脾胃功能的状态,擅长柴胡-大黄,人参-附子等经典药对的运用。Objective To study the analysis of drug law in Chong Ling Medical Record. Methods To standardize the basic terms in traditional Chinese medicine in medical records, using the method of cluster analysis and association rules mining analysis on drug law. Results The results of clustering： C1（radices paeoniae alba, angelica, astragalus, lgusticum wallichii）; C2（licorice, ginger, cassia twig）; C3（monkshood, ginseng, bupleurum root, rhubarb）; C4（Poria cocos, tangerine pith,semen coicis, fritillaria cirrhosa, radices trichosanthis, Pinellia ternata, fructus hordei germinates, pericarpium citri reticulatae,Mangnolia officinalis, armeniaca dulcis）. The clustering results couplet medicines： P1（agelica sinensis and radices paeoniae alba）; P2（licorice-ginger）; P3（monkshood and ginseng）; P4（semen coicis and rhubarb）; P5（Poria cocos and tangerine pith）;P6（fritillaria cirrhosa and radices trichosanthis）; P7（pericarpium citri reticulatae and mngnolia officinalis,）; P8（pnellia ternata and fructus hordei germinates）. Association rules： The confidence level of two herbal combination of degree greater than 0.6,respectively is the ＂radices paeoniae alba, angelica＂, ＂angelica, astragalus＂, ＂adices paeoniae alba, astragalus＂, ＂lgusticum wallichii and radices paeoniae alba＂, ＂lgusticum wallichii and angelica＂, ＂ginger and radices paeoniae alba＂, ＂ginger and angelica＂. The confidence level of three herbal combination of degree greater than 0.6, respectively is the ＂astragalus, radices paeoniae alba, angelica＂, ＂ligusticum wallichii, radices paeoniae alba, angelica＂, ＂ligusticum wallichii, ginger, radices aeoniae alba ＂, ＂ ligusticum wallichii, ginger, angelica ＂, ＂ ginger, radices paeoniae alba, angelica ＂, ＂ astragalus ginger, angelica ＂, ＂ astragalus, ginger, radices paeoniae alba ＂, ＂ ligusticum wallichii, ginger, astragalus ＂. Conclusion LI Jun attached importance to the Qi and blood, and the function spleen and stomach,
