摘 要:以反应性乳化剂2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为功能性单体,与苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯进行无皂乳液聚合.详细讨论了AMPS加入量不同时对乳胶粒子粒径、分子量及涂膜吸水率、耐水性、硬度的影响.结果表明:在聚合过程中随着AMPS加入量的增多,粒径出现先减小后增大的趋势,重均分子量则先增大后急剧减小.同时涂膜的吸水率升高,耐水性下降,硬度也随之下降.The 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS)was used as the surfmer for the styrene(St),methyl methacrylate(MMA)and n-butyl acrylate(BA)emulsifier-free emulsion copolymerization system.The influences of the amount of AMPS on the properties of the latices,such as the particle size,molecular weight distribution,particles morphology were studied.In addition,the influences of the amount of AMPS on physical properties of the obtained copolymers,such as water absorbance,water resistance and the film hardness were also investigated.The results show that,with the increasing of the AMPS amount,the particle size appeared to decrease first and increase later,while the molecular weight appeared to increases first and decrease sharply.Meanwhile,water absorbance increased,water resistance and the film hardness decreased with AMPS increased.
